FIELD DAY 2018
We have secured our Field Day site at the Padre Dam administration building parking lot.
We will be setting up on Friday June 23rd. The set up crew will meet at our storage shed located by the radio towers at 12241 Moreno Ave, Lakeside CA, about ½ mile down on the right side of Moreno (6 big towers) at 11:00 AM Friday morning June 23rd.
We will load up, and on the way to the Field Day site we will stop off someplace for lunch.
We'll be at the Field day site for set up at 1:00 PM. Setup will take about three to four hours.
Field Day begins at 11:00 AM on Saturday June 23rd , and runs until 1:59 PM on Sunday June 24th. There will be hot dogs and hamburgers on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Sunday teardown will begin shortly after 2:00 PM when the station will be taken apart, and components transported back to the shed for storage.
We hope to see you at the Administration Building for Santee Lakes in the parking lot.

The Objective of Field Day:
To work as many stations as possible on any and all amateur bands (excluding the 60, 30, 17, and 12-meter bands) and to learn to operate in abnormal situations in less than optimal conditions. Field Day is open to all amateurs in the areas covered by the ARRL/RAC Field Organizations and countries within IARU Region 2. DX stations residing in other regions may be contacted for credit, but are not eligible to submit entries.
